Good for you!!! I've found that my really good friends r very accepting about it even if they don't understand it fully. Hold onto that friend cuz they r a good one! I had the same experience when I told my friends I felt like a weigh was lifted! Glad it went well for u!!

What I do when I have trouble sleeping i think of a story in my head. Mostly about being held by someone. If I reallyyy can't sleep I grab my blanket and read some stories that I've read before that r comforting. White noise might help too. Night lights r helpful too!! Keeps the monsters away
