For some people it's just their personality so I guess they're kind of always little.

I guess your dom could request you be little sometimes but it's up to you too and sometimes people can't just do it at the flip of a switch like that

I believe that its part of your persoanlity as well. With me personally, I find myself slipping into little space because of something that would be going around me. So part of it is environmental. You can also set up your room to help ease you into little space as well. coloring, fav little show, getting in a diaper or having your paci or your bottle ready for yourself. stuff like that. hope this helps
