I'm almost sure you can find a Mommy that is offering online services. You may need to pay a fee or establish some type of mutual relationship for this type of situation though.

I'd suggest posting personal ads that you're looking for an online-only Mommy. I know lots of Dommes offer virtual services so I don't see why a Mommy Domme wouldn't offer any online interaction either.

I also know that in the UK especially there were some places that you could go to be taken care of by a Mommy in real life. There were fees but she would change you, feed you, and care for you.
