I bought an extremely nice collar through Etsy for my ex-little. I know the shop owner sold matching leashes too. The price was very reasonable.
Etsy has a lot of shops that cater toward kink-related dynamics. A lot of those shop owners will also modify things for you and may even take custom order requests.
