I feel like the names sort of explain it in a way.
AB is someone who is interested in playing baby and wearing diapers.
A Daddy Dominant and little girl are a dynamic of relationship, usually not related to baby play or diapering (but sometimes they are). A little is a girl (or boy) with a state of mind where they are younger - but not a baby. Sometimes they may not involve age play at all just a more sensual/nurturing type of dom and sub.
There are different age levels for it. Babys, Littles, Middles, and Bigs. Progressive in 'younger' age.
