Need a little advise (no pun intended)

I'm a new little, but me and my daddy have been together for a while. I don't feel like he likes being a daddy I feel like he would much rather be something else. How do I ask him without sounding like I am accusing him of something. Also if he wants to do something else, how do I tell him that this is the only thing I want to do. If you have any advise, it would really be helpful.
