Best Baby Pacifier Shields for Adult Pacifier Lovers?

So, I love pacis. They're great. I like adult ones since they don't cause me pain (its really the worst) but the one thing I do hate, is the large shield. I just feel like it takes up so much of my face and I look cuter with baby shields!
I was wondering does anyone know which baby pacifier brands are the best to interchange with the adult nipple? I know mam is a good one but I also have a thing about the little rings on pacis (I really don't know)
If anyone could point me in the direction of the best ones for that I would super duper appreciate it!!
