How do you no what age you are I feel all over the place to wanting to suck my thumb and maybe using dipers at night really scared of the dark to playing video games minecraft or card and bord games like monopoly go fish pleas help

well for starters,you need to part your little activities from your normal activities: i'm also into video games as well as anime, comics, steampunk and a lot of other stuff but i don't associate ANY of it with my little self who is only about 2 or 3 years old. activities are very different when expressing my little self and include things like my sucking on my pacifier,cuddling with my blankie and/or teddy bear and watching age appropriate shows.

if your little self is a little order than i'd say stuff like minecraft is fine but if you're little self is in dipers and sucking their thumb then i'd stick to things that are proper for that age when expressing little self and save everything else for when you're not. you can still enjoy grown up things AND be a little: ya just gotta keep the two worlds apart when in that particular mindset.

My little is between 6 months and 15 months old
I always have a pacifier and sleep with at least one teddy in my arms.
I play with rattles and teething toys but only when I have no adult chores because I can easily lose 5 hours playing.
I drink from a bottle and eat soft food .

I didn't realise that there was such a thing older regressions. Only recently I discovered that my regression age of 10-13* was valid and there were other people like me. * my biological age is 32.

Aw well I'm glad to hear that you discovered something new about yourself. Yeah I didn't really know either until the past couple years. ^_^

I usually say my little age is 0-4 but I honestly really think it’s 0-1. I have a Barbie doll and Hot Wheels and they do bring me a lot of joy but mostly when I’m big. When I’m little, I don’t want to play too much. I want to drink from my baba or suck my pacifier or thumb and cuddle with my Dino buddy and blanky. I also do not speak but I’m not sure if that’s because I’m alone in my little space as I don’t have a daddy or caregiver so I basically just coo alot.
