I think getting in to littlespace is more of a comfort level than anything. A lot of it, for me, entails surrounding myself with things that generally bring a smile to my face and then enjoying those things while doing my best not to focus on current life expectations and stress.

The site here has a pretty good article with some tips in it that I'd highly recommend you check out:

I don't know that a person could incorporate all of those ideas into one specific time to try to feel super little but, as you could imagine, incorporating many of them all at once is going to help you get into that mindset.

So, in short, relax, stop focusing on everything that isn't going right, and try to enjoy the little things ;)
