I've been with my significant other for almost 9 years - he has no idea about me being a little. I've been having little space for roughly the past 15 years. Luckily, he usually works 10-12 hours a day, 5 to 6 days a week... so it's just me and 2 cats at home, which makes it easy for littlespace. I haven't told him because I'm almost certain he wouldn't understand (he's kinda close-minded)... but I want to. I have absolutely no idea how to approach this. But, I need to because as a little, I want new stuffies, a paci, and things like that. Do I risk it and tell him? How? Any suggestions would be marvelous.

I think honesty would be the best policy here. He might be into it. But even if he isn't, most people like seeing things that excite their significant other, even if it isn't their thing.

I started to tell him yesterday. I got a little bit of it out and he interrupted and said it would be super weird. So I chickened out telling him the rest. :(

I am so sorry he cut you off. I personally think honesty is the best thing and ask him just to try and understand that it's a big part of you. I know it's scary but sometimes you find complete liberation in facing your fear and being honest. I would try again.

I've been with him for almost 9 years now, I really didn't think much of anything would phase him at this point. I'm just afraid to tell him because of what his reaction may be. I'll probably end up trying again, like you said.
