losing a caregiver

hi, i've currently lost my caregiver and am looking for ways to cope with that in a healthy way. any advice?
what kinds of things can a little do on their own that can make them feel safe?

It has some pretty basic tips but so, so helpful when you're on your own and you need to care for yourself.
