Assuming you're using a program that works with layers, you can create 1 bottom layer in white, middle layer for colouring, top layer- the line work. In the layer settings change the top layer to "Darken" or "Multiply".
Otherwise Google how to replace colours with transparency on your program.

Finally finished. Evil school got busy and left me with less little time. *pouts* But, I finished so here it is. Had a lot of fun coloring it.

I add glitter and so much was concentrating very hard to to mess up.
