How can I deal with my bad anxiety. I have it in and out of little space. It is bringing me down. I would love to sit down and watch a movie with out having an attack or doing anything with out an panic attack. I would love if anyone had some tips or advice to help. Thank you! :tears:

Okay I can only give advice when ur big, sorry.

Practice mindfulness. Write/think of gratitude. Yoga. Reading.

Daydreaming about the best ever future.

There’s some great YouTube guided meditations, just search for them. They come at any length.

I also like listening to podcasts!! The Big Little Podcast is so nice if you’re in little space :3 or out.

If you wanna chat I’m here!!

A good way to calm yourself down on the onset of an attack is something I call "forced tranquility." Here's how you do it:

* Breathe in for six seconds
* Hold breath for seven seconds
* Breathe out for eight seconds and repeat

This forces your nervous system to respond in a calm way to whatever stressor is triggering an attack, and it prevents hyperventilation
