Hi! So I've been caring for a sweet babygirl name isabella, she regresses to about 2 years old and she's been having some trouble remembering that she has to go to the potty. I have been thinking of putting her back into diapers but I'm not sure how she feels about diapers.

I don’t see any reason why this shouldn’t be a conversational topic with your partner if it’s something you’d like to try with them. You have reason to suggest it, there are multiple styles and types available, and it isn’t a permanent modification that can’t be later changed if either of you determine you don’t really like it after all.

So, yeah, totally, bring it up to have a chat about it, and look through some adult diaper brands together if your partner is also interested. Perhaps start off simply with your logic, “I know sometimes remembering to go potty is stressful when you’re regressing so I was trying to think of how to make that better. Do you have any opinion on wearing diapers?” The “worst” outcome is that your partner says no to trying them and you two carry on as usual. No biggie!

Hope all goes well!
