I'm wondering, if the whole "daddy" concept is one of an older, more authoritative, wise and protective caregiver then is there any kind of... I don't know, age rule? Are there young daddies? Do they need to actually be old enough to be my dad?? I'm 23 so do if I want a daddy does he not count unless he's like in his 40s or 50s? Or can he be of any age and just be someone who identifies as a daddy?

I'm sorry if this sounds retarted, I'm really new and clueless @_@

I think it's personal to the little.

I'm 45. I like to think that my lg's like my age, experience, attitude and more. I don't think an ACTUAL age is important as much as what the little needs.

My Daddy and I are the same age. There are daddies of all ages. You don't have to have someone​ older.

It's a good question. I think a little can be any age because our little age is a state of mind. Therefore a Daddy can also be any age because that is also a state of mind. Well that's my opinion anyway.

Just like littles daddies also can be any age and mommies too! Your future daddy does not have to be older then you unless that is what you want. He can be the same age or even a little younger! It is all a matter of who you are lookimg for! ^.^~

I am 20 and my daddy is also 20, he is about four months younger than me. I really don't think actual age matters at all [emoji4] it's all about what you are looking for in a person!

Some are positively ancient biologically, and, no matter how young they feel, this can be an issue... Still, as long as nothing has fallen off, I will remain 25 in my head!

As everyone else has said, it is not so much how old you are but who you are that is important. I've met some very young people with extremely old outlooks...

Don't think biological age has anything to do with being a daddy. A little could be older than their daddy, but obviously the roles of being a little or daddy are the same. Some people prefer their little to be younger than them, most just want someone who loves them for who they are. No matter the age.
