Yes I do, in fact when I was a teenager I'd just suck on one of my younger sibling's pacifier for fun and LOVED it. I'd honestly do it again (brought me comfort).

both are fine but for regressors that teeth or even sleep with it just to avoid easier damage adult pacifiers are more durable
