and you can make salt dough.
Roll the dough up and then put on a floured table surface and roll out with a rolling pin.
Make any shape you like- rectangle, circle, etc- just make sure it's thick enough to support your hand prints
and then put one or both of your hands along with your caregiver's hand(s) in the dough to make your prints.
Let it air dry or if you like, you can bake it in the oven for a few minutes and you have a treasure you'll both be able to look at for years to come.
If you like, also take a tooth pick and before it dries, write your names, date it's made and so on- the ideas are endless.
