I use both but primarily I use regular adult diapers(northshore mega max) due to the amount of diapers I use throughout the day and the cost involved(I wear 24/7 due to inncotinence)and then I save my AB diapers for when I’m in little space at home so I can enjoy them more and makes them last longer
